Directions: Hibiscus Balsamic Vinegar

Step 1

Place hibiscus in and water in a small saucepan

Step 2

Allow this step to come to a boil

Step 3

Once boiled, sieve and allow the liquid to cool down

Step 4

Mix the balsamic vinegar with the cooled down hibiscus concentrate

Step 5

Place the vinegar in a sterlized jar
